Terms of service
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Arlamel Tech s.r.o. (the “Provider”) and the user of the OmniDrive service (the “Service” or “OmniDrive”), available primarily at https://omnidrive.eu and https://app.omnidrive.eu.
By entering into an agreement for the Service (by registration, activating a trial period, or ordering a license), the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Subject of the Service
OmniDrive is a B2B service intended primarily for self-employed persons and limited liability companies to automate travel reimbursements, amortisation, and related trip records (trip logbook) in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.
The Service includes in particular GPS trip tracking, calculation of statutory reimbursements and amortisation according to configured parameters, daily closings, and export of supporting documents (e.g. PDF / Excel). The specific feature set depends on the selected plan and the technical capabilities of the user’s device.
3. User and how the contract is formed
The user is an entrepreneur (natural or legal person) who uses the Service in connection with their business activity. Registering an account and/or activating a trial period forms a distance contract for the Service.
The user must provide true and up-to-date information and protect access credentials to their account.
4. Trial period
The Provider may offer free trial use of the Service to the extent stated on the website (e.g. the first 500 km of tracking) without requiring a payment card. After the trial allowance is used up, continued use of full features requires an active license, unless the Provider states otherwise.
5. License and payments
The Service is paid as a recurring license (monthly or yearly) via the Stripe payment gateway. Current prices are listed in the pricing section on the Service website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include VAT.
- The license renews automatically for the next period until the user cancels it in account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal (if available).
- Cancelling the license stops renewal from the next billing period; a period already paid is generally non-refundable unless the Provider states otherwise or mandatory law requires it.
- The Provider does not store payment card details; payments are processed by Stripe.
6. User obligations
The user undertakes in particular to:
- use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms;
- enter and confirm only data that reflects reality (routes, odometer, consumption, trip purpose, etc.);
- not misuse the Service to create fictitious records or to circumvent tax and accounting obligations;
- ensure that persons to whom they grant account access (e.g. drivers, accountants) comply with these Terms.
7. Accounting documents and limitation of liability
The application produces supporting documents for accounting and indicative calculations of travel reimbursements and amortisation based on user settings and available rates. The Provider uses reasonable efforts to keep calculations and exports correct and up to date, but is not liable for the user’s final tax return, nor for decisions of tax authorities, accountants, or auditors.
The user alone is responsible for the accuracy of input data, the choice of reimbursement mode, and the final use of reports toward third parties. We recommend consulting a tax adviser or accountant.
The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or absolute GPS accuracy (which depends on the device, network coverage, and field conditions). The Provider’s liability for damage is, within the limits of law, capped at the license amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
8. Intellectual property
Software, design, trademarks, texts, and other Service content are the property of the Provider or its licensors. The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the term of the contract, solely for their own business purposes.
9. Personal data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
The user may terminate the contract by cancelling the license and/or deleting the account. The Provider may terminate the contract or suspend the account if the user breaches these Terms, misuses the Service, fails to pay due fees, or if required by law or Service security.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the Service agreement are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules (if they exceptionally apply) provide otherwise. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; otherwise the courts of the Czech Republic competent according to the Provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
12. Final provisions
The Provider may update these Terms. A new version takes effect upon publication on this page, or on the date stated in a notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, the user agrees to the updated Terms, unless law requires a different procedure.
If any provision of the Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
Questions about the Terms may be sent to support@omnidrive.eu.
